Here is a DIY Install of the Manor Trio water treatment system by @Nuvoh2o Just a quick disclaimer, I am NOT a plumber. The code where I am located allows me to install this system with no permit or licensed plumber. Be sure to check your local code and make sure you abide by code requirements. This system is a very easy install and most home owners should be able to install it themselves with ...

I used @SevenPeaksFenceandBarn for horse stalls so i could bring them home and keep them on my ranch rather than board them! this system is amazing for many reasons but to name a few, ease of install, durability, vast range of options and configurations, portable if need be, but very substantial! Loved it, solid logic. Thank you. ❤
a big 'yes' to QR codes!!
Why would you go from a construction contractor to a lawn service
Here in New Jersey we own a fence company in a construction company and we're all where the mouth we've tried Angie's list in a couple others and by the end of the month it's crazy with the fees that they hit you with for leads
Me and my son just came across your channel this is our first video that we're watching I like how you laid out a lot of detailing tips. We're going to start watching your videos from the beginning to up-to-date can't wait to see all the different progresses that you did to your land. Liked and subscribed
i see a good sale person for flex for sure, good luck. i sold all my flex tool cheap. my thing is this-- one sale as drop in lowes store now there are not moving like before due to battery issues i know they will replace them but they took three week to replace my & i seen dust all the tools in most store (8 store and i talk to people ask them) i ask about what going on? most of them dont even know nothing and no ans. lets make it clean I AM NOT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT FLEX being a bad tool but i will say it not for me anymore to many issues with people and youtube. for over 50 years being a electrician & plumber and more, i never need more power in tools / just stick with thing that work and make lot of money. for me it milwaukee all the way and some dewalt PS i will never buy any tool from AMAZON AND THAT A FACT, TURST ME I HAD THEM ALL top brand makita 40v dewalt 20v milwaukee 12v most of my work very good tool and milwaukee 18v for big stuff. ok guys it time to work have fun!!!!!!!!
Get it Son🕺🏾
"Walker" brand zero turn
Never heard of that brand. But looking into it today! thanks.
I was thinking to do the same thing but I'm up in Canada.
Ive heard Canada has a great market!
@@JonDawson I don't know how good the market is up here, it's just something I think I can do. I live in Toronto and there aren't that many lawns up here. unless you are looking to do a mansion. Maybe latter date. I don't know what people are willing to pay yet. At the end of the day, it has to be worth it. However, Looking to start small and gain some customers to be able to make a living. I don't know how yet, but I think I may be able to figure it out. There is more winter than there is summer up here tho.
As a service plumber, I mostly use m12 but when I need power, I go to my flex
🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for sharing your knowledge in a concise way. Very informative!
Flex is not better then dewalt nor Milwaukee stop it bro
Need a long form video on how to rough this in.
Have you looked into American Ground Screw? From what I'm reading, each pier is $120 per pylon, no cement, no digging. Just essentially screw the pylon into the ground. I'm gonna try this for a cabin I want to build. thanks for this video. Good pointers, things I hadn't considered.
Thank you for the review and overview of our products Jon! We're so glad you love your stall kits 🤩
Is Warrantee and customer support reliable ?
Thanks for the tips. In the middle of building a passive solar cottage. I can build no permits if I wanted too. But if selling permits are needed. Getting the inspector to come out is an issue. I am off grid. Miles from electric. I use 2 stroke water pump to fill cistern like the Amish. Wiring cottage all d.c. like a boat or R.V. I pounded down a 2 inch shallow point well that flows. Bank requires at least 2 inch well to consider it a well. No registry needed for well. The led lights and smoke detectors are on stand alone systems. Was gonna cut down trees before cottage build. I called a logger and got paid for those trees I was gonna cut down. I need to build a sugar shack after cottage for jams and jellies, honey, maple syrup, smoking meats, and drying herbs.
I did both. Cmu block piers and a slab for my post and beam cottage. Insulated the piers and under slab. Find pier and beam raised off ground to be worse for bugs and rodents here in the north. I basically have a pavilion right now. Gonna finish walls this summer. Pier and beam cost more for radon mitigation. Code here masonry needs to be expose or breathable 18 inches above grade. To dry out. Better insulation factor with slab than pier and beam. All the wood causes thermal breaks. So same insulation thickness in pier floor means lower r value. Another con on pier and beam is frost heave. Which I see on a lot on pier and beam cottages up north. I have 70 psf snow loads and 6 foot frost depths. Another pro for pier and beam is use as a root cellar or cold room. Most sky scrapes have piers and slab.
Loved when the music kicked in and I couldnt hear anything you said
yea that was an edit error haha my bad

What does jobber actually do
Looks awesome!!!!
I use to watch Migraine Craftsman, he just disappeared 3 years ago.
I like this type of review. The people who test brand new tools in their shop rarely give me any valuable info about long term performance. Also too many people who review tools baby them and don’t beat them up like a real contractor would
Brother that is one hellll of a review. Great job.
Uh flex tools are not from Chine. They are German Made. When it comes to electronics and glass. Them Germans know what they are doing. Almost all your medical glass is all Carl Zeiss. Yep that’s German. It’s the same company that makes EGO lawn Equipment.
Thumbnail spelled consider wrong fyi
#Lifesaver haha thanks!
@@JonDawsonno problem…. Long time sub, but rarely comment. Happy to help
I like you invested in pretty much everything Flex. I haven’t had the circular saw issue that you had but I did have some issues of my own. One is I got the batteries that that ended up pulling for the shelves. One leaked a black liquid and stopped working. The second issue I had was I didn’t register my tools so the life-time warranty didn’t apply. That one was my own fault. Overall I love Flex Tools. I am concerned though. I wanted to get shoe new table saw and chop saw because they look light years ahead of anything else. For some reason Lowe’s doesn’t have them. Yesterday I went to buy their new mid torque wrench and there were none on the shelves. I went to their website and it said no longer available at Lowes. Something is up. I’m hesitant to invest more without knowing if they are staying or going. Lowe’s or Flex have been silent.
I think the reason that you are finding bare shelves at Lowes is that Flex seems to be in the process of releasing an entirely new line-up of tools. I've even found a few drill driver kits, super inexpensive at Acme Tools
Looks great Jon!!!
Thank You!
Nope no deal , I'm staying away from Flex
As a lifetime mechanic my skil tools have never done me wrong. In the hands of a pro almost any tool becomes a pro tool.
Tried liking this video. UA-cam put a 'This Resource has been exhausted' notification 🫤
Ive been living in the north for a while, and the whole idea of moving has always been in our head. I never was able to find a home i was happy with in the location i wanted to be without paying an exorbitant amount of money. I had toyed with the idea of building a home but was always timid towards the idea, let alone prepping for having a whole slab foundation done. These videos are really warming me up to the idea. God bless!
I need to get them i cut wholes for lights all day and getting drywall or wood out is always extra
Im a black electrician and love to see some brothas out there doing real sh.. not trying to bring up race i love everyone
Idk man, flex is by far my favorite brand now, they are so fucking good. They beat out my managers dewalts and the shops milwaukees all day long
Really enjoying the build Jon. Wonderful to see the family helping out!
I bought this setup a few weeks ago. I absolutely love it. It is half the weight of my old bags. My only complaint is that the new belt came out the week after i got my bags..lol
Concerned about all the rust though. Still watching the video while commenting so I'm sorry if you stated how long you've had them. How long did it take until they started to rust?
Bunch of Chickens were laying together in their coop when suddenly one stood up and clucked, "HEY, you guys! I'm telling you they're going to eat all of us." all the Chickens started laughing out of control, called him dumb and said enough with Conspiracy Theories.
I see mesquite! Texas hill country?
Does it work as a "Dumb" panel if the internet goes down or if Span (The Company) goes bankrupt?
does not appear so
Yes, it’s all stored locally
